Global Compliance Statement
This Statement applies to the global sales, trade and delivery of all fine chemicals, laboratory chemicals, cosmetic raw materials, nutritional raw materials and nutraceuticals (collectively, the "Products") of our Company. We strictly comply with Chinese laws (including the Regulations on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals, the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law, the Narcotics Control Law, the Anti-Doping Regulations, etc.) and international conventions and regulations (including the UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961), the Convention on Psychotropic Substances (1971), the UN Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (1988), REACH, TSCA, GHS, FDA, EFSA, GMP, GDPR, AML/CFT, FCPA, WADA Anti-Doping Code and international trade sanctions). We ensure full-chain compliance of Products and prevent illegal diversion and abuse.
Strictly Prohibited Uses
1. Illegally producing, manufacturing, extracting or formulating controlled substances, narcotics, psychotropic substances and precursor chemicals (including fentanyl precursors, synthetic cannabinoids and other new psychoactive substance analogues)；
2. Illegally trafficking, distributing, trading or smuggling controlled substances, narcotics and psychotropic substances；
3. Manufacturing counterfeit contraband, counterfeit narcotics, controlled substance analogues and illegal stimulant products；
4. Doping violations in sports events, personal abuse or unauthorized non-medical/non-scientific use；
5. Any activity violating Chinese and international import/export controls, sanctions lists and end-user compliance requirements。
Our Products May Only Be Used For
1. Legitimate industrial manufacturing, commercial formulation processing and officially authorized scientific research;
2. Medical and scientific purposes in compliance with China's Regulations on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals and international conventions (only by qualified medical and research institutions);
3. Compliant trade and delivery activities approved by competent government authorities.
Customer Compliance Obligations
1. Customers shall hold valid business qualifications and have no adverse records of drug-related offenses, doping violations, sanctions listings or commercial bribery;
2. Customers warrant that the final use of Products complies with this Statement and shall not resell, divert or re-export Products to unqualified entities, sanctioned jurisdictions or illegal organizations;
3. Customers shall maintain complete traceability records of procurement, use and sales, and cooperate with compliance audits, inspections and investigations by our Company and regulatory authorities;
4. Customers shall not engage in any act violating Chinese and international anti-narcotics, anti-doping, import/export control and anti-bribery laws.
Legal Liability and Accountability
Any violation of this Statement shall constitute a material breach of contract and law. Our Company reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation, impose permanent blacklisting, report to Chinese regulatory authorities (public security, drug administration, customs, etc.) and relevant international organizations, and pursue full legal liability (including civil compensation, administrative penalties and criminal liability) against the breaching party.
Statement Validity
This Statement is a public document on the Company's official website and shall take effect upon publication, binding all cooperating parties. Our Company reserves the right to update this Statement in accordance with Chinese and international laws; the updated version shall take effect upon posting on the official website.
