Carrageenan CAS:9000-07-1 Manufacturer Supplier
Carrageenans are mucopolysaccharides from the cell walls of the red algae. They are anionic linear polymers composed of 1,3α-1,4β-galactans having one (κ-), two (ι-) or three (λ-) sulfates per disaccharide unit. In ionic solutions, κ- and ι-carrageenans self-associate into helical structures that form rigid or flexible gels, respectively. λ-carrageenans do not form helices and are non-gelling. Carrageenans are used commercially as thickeners and stabilizing agents.

Lecithin CAS:8002-43-5 Manufacturer Supplier
Lecithins are used in a wide variety of pharmaceutical applications. They are also used in cosmetics and food products.Lecithins are mainly used in pharmaceutical products as dispersing, emulsifying, and stabilizing agents, and are included in intramuscular and intravenous injections, parenteral nutrition formulations, and topical products such as creams and ointments.Lecithins are also used in suppository bases, to reduce the brittleness of suppositories, and have been investigated for their absorption-enhancing properties in an intranasal insulin formulation. Lecithins are also commonly used as a component of enteral and parenteral nutrition formulations.

Astaxanthin CAS:472-61-7 Manufacturer Supplier
Astaxanthin is a carotenone that consists of beta,beta-carotene-4,4′-dione bearing two hydroxy substituents at positions 3 and 3′ (the 3S,3′S diastereomer). A carotenoid pigment found mainly in animals (crustaceans, echinoderms) but also occurring in plants. It can occur free (as a red pigment), as an ester, or as a blue, brown or green chromoprotein. It has a role as an anticoagulant, an antioxidant, a food colouring, a plant metabolite and an animal metabolite. It is a carotenone and a carotenol. It derives from a hydride of a beta-carotene.

Glycerine Monostearate (GMS) CAS:31566-31-1 Manufacturer Supplier
Glyceryl monostearate, also known as monostearin, is a mixture of variable proportions of glyceryl monostearate, and glyceryl esters of fatty acids present in commercial stearic acid. Glyceryl monostearate is prepared by glycerolysis of certain fats or oils that are derived from edible sources or by esterification, with glycerin, of stearic acid that is derived from edible sources.

Disodium EDTA CAS:139-33-3 Manufacturer Supplier
Ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid (abbreviated as EDTA) is used in several industrial applications attributing to its high ability to bind to most of metal cations. EDTA is produced as several salts, e.g. ethylenediaminetetra-acetic acid disodium salt (EDTAS).EDTA and its salts are used as chelating agents in cosmetic formulations. EDTAS is a preservative, sequestrant, and stabilizer in foods. EDTA is added to ascorbic acid-disodium benzoate containing soft drinks to mitigate the formation of benzene. EDTA and its salts are used as a component in the production of food-contact paper and paperboard. EDTAS is permitted in the feed and drinking water of animals and/or for the treatment of food-producing animals. In the textile industry, EDTA and its salts prevent metal ion impurities from changing colors of dyed products.

Lycopene CAS:502-65-8 Manufacturer Supplier
Lycopene is a red-colored carotenoid found in tomatoes and other red fruits and vegetables. Carotenoids, including lycopene, are powerful antioxidants that efficiently quench singlet oxygen. Presumably through this action, carotenoids may protect against cancers, cardiovascular stress, and other diseases.

Gellan Gum CAS:71010-52-1 Manufacturer Supplier
Gellan gum is a kind of anionic polysaccharide produced through the submerged fermentation of the bacterium Sphingomonas elodea. It is soluble in water. It is a polymer with tetrascharide being the repeating unit; the tetrascharide consists of two residues of D-glucose and one of each residue of L-rhamnose and D-glucuronic acid. It can be used as a gelling, texturizing and suspension hydrocolloid. It is a suitable agar substitute which can be supplemented to various kinds of growth media for microbes, especially thermophilic microorganisms because of its resistance to relatively high temperature (120 degree). It can also be used as gelling agent in plant cell culture on Petri dishes. It can also be used as a food additive, e.g. it can be used in plant based milks to keep plant protein suspended in the milk.

Beta Carotene CAS:7235-40-7 Manufacturer Supplier
Beta-Carotene is widely distributed in both plant and animal kingdoms and is the most important pro-vitamin A. In plants, it is almost always found with chlorophyll.beta-Carotene is an antioxidant and is one of the most important carotenoids and a source of vitamin A. It is abundantly present in fruits and vegetables which is also used as a food supplement and a colorant.

Sodium Erythorbate CAS:6381-77-7 Manufacturer Supplier
Sodium Erythorbate and D-Sodium Erythorbate (also known as D-isoascorbic acid, chemical formula C6H8O6) are mainly used as food antioxidants, widely used in meat food, fish food, beer, fruit juice, fruit juice crystal, canned fruit and vegetables, pastry, dairy products, jam, wine, pickles, oil and other processing industries. Isovc sodium is widely used in meat products. As a hair color aid and meat hair color agent nitrite, isoVC sodium has an obvious color protection effect. An appropriate amount of nitrite can inhibit the growth and reproduction of botulinum toxin bacteria and play a role in preservation. Isovc sodium is indispensable in the production of ham sausage, canned meat products, sausage, soy sauce meat and other meat products.
